DEMEX offers custom punching tools and dies for aluminium frame, wall-mounting and track profiles used in shower enclosure systems.
We assess holes, slots and notches for fitting fasteners and hardware according to the profile cross-section, wall thickness and required dimensions.
For narrow or thin-walled profiles, particular attention is given to support and tooling access. The profile’s surface characteristics and positioning requirements are also considered when developing the tooling arrangement.
