DEMEX also assesses custom punching and tooling requirements for architectural and industrial aluminium profiles beyond standard window, door and curtain wall systems.
Holes, slots and notches in box sections, U-channels, angles and custom extrusions are evaluated according to profile geometry, material properties, wall thickness and access to the processing location.
Each profile is assessed individually for punching suitability. Tooling design, support arrangements and system selection are determined from a physical sample or technical drawing.
