DEMEX offers portable pneumatic punching solutions for suitable hole and slot punching operations in aluminium profiles. These handheld tools are positioned manually and powered by compressed air, allowing the tool to be brought to the processing point.
Application-specific solutions can be considered for profiles used in window and door systems, façades, balcony glazing, sliding systems and shower enclosures. Tool and die configurations depend on the profile cross-section, wall thickness, operation dimensions and access to the working area.
Selecting a portable punch requires consideration of both the required opening and how the tool fits around the profile and reaches the processing point. Each application is therefore assessed using a profile drawing or sample.
A suitable compressed air connection is required. Air pressure, air consumption, working capacity and other technical specifications are provided for the selected solution during the quotation stage.
