DEMEX supplies compressed-air-powered punching systems for producing holes, slots and notches in aluminium profiles. Tooling and station layouts are configured according to the profile cross-section and the required operation dimensions.
We develop solutions for aluminium profiles used in window and door systems, façades, balcony glazing, sliding systems and shower enclosures, as well as other architectural and industrial applications.
Single-station or multi-station layouts can be considered according to the application. Positioning stops and, where required, supports for long profiles can be included in the solution. The number of stations and available operations depend on profile geometry and technical feasibility.
System selection takes into account the profile drawing or sample, material and wall thickness, operation dimensions and approximate production requirements. Required air pressure, air consumption and other technical specifications are defined for the selected system during the quotation stage.
