DEMEX develops custom punching tools and dies for mullion, transom and connecting profiles used in aluminium curtain wall systems.
We assess holes, slots and notches required for connection and assembly according to the profile cross-section and specified processing dimensions. Tooling design focuses on profile support, accurate positioning and access to the punching locations.
Depending on profile geometry and production requirements, single-station or multi-station pneumatic punching solutions may be considered. Tooling and positioning stops are selected for each application.
